Getting Started with Kaggle Kernels

  1. Create an Kaggle account here if you don’t have one yet

  2. Verify your phone number here to get access to GPUs

  3. Go to Kaggle Kernels

  4. Select + New Notebook drawing

  5. Click File on the top left side of your Kaggle notebook, select Import Notebook drawing

  1. Upload this notebook

  2. On the right-hand side of your Kaggle notebook, find Session options and make sure:

  • INTERNET is enabled.

  • You have clicked on the ‘Get phone verified’ text at the bottom of the options menu to enable the ACCELERATOR dropdown.

  • In the ACCELERATOR dropdown, choose the options starts with GPU when you’re ready to use it (you can turn it on/off as you need it).

  1. Follow the steps in the notebook

  1. On the right-hand side of your Kaggle notebook, find Input and click + Add Input.

  2. Choose Datasets. In the search bar, type your keyword (Example: ‘cat-breed-mardhik’) and click + to add the dataset if it is not added yet.
